Salto de Chella waterfall

The Salto de Chella is the emblem of the municipality and one of the most beautiful places in the region. The passage of the Sellent River through the municipality includes an impressive 25-metre-high waterfall, which has shaped a landscape of lush vegetation along the riverbed.

Departing from La Fuente Park there is an easy descent to the waterfall. A path invites us to continue towards the banks of the river, through the remains of what was once a magnificent power station. There, we discover the “Cave That Rains” and old warehouses, now overrun by vegetation, such as the so-called “Paradise”. From the banks of the river the full size of the waterfall can be seen: the highest in the La Canal de Navarrés region.
