Filiberto Oven (Millares)

Founded in 1957, Horno Filiberto is the only bakery in the municipality and an essential pillar of the baking tradition and everyday life of the town. Today, Emilio and Beni continue at the helm, preparing typical products with the closeness and commitment that characterizes them. It is worth trying their mojete cakes, sausage cakes, or gazpacho cakes, all made artisanally and following traditional recipes.

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday to Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00
*Open on holidays and holiday eves. They participate in the Bicorp street market (Friday: 9:00 – 13:00) and in the Dos Aguas market (Tuesday: 9:00 – 13:00).
Hours may vary during Holy Week, Easter, and summer.
