Barranco Moreno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui offrait une protection naturelle et de l\u2019eau pour ses potagers. Dans l\u2019\u00e9troit passage o\u00f9 se ferme le m\u00e9andre, une forteresse a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite, <\/span><b>reconstruite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 partir de 1555 comme un <\/span><b>ch\u00e2teau-palais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la <\/span><b>Renaissance par Llu\u00eds Castell\u00e0 de Vilanova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le premier baron de Bicorp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur la Plaza del Castillo, o\u00f9 nous commen\u00e7ons le parcours urbain, nous pouvons voir une porte de style classique et les pierres de taille de ce qui fut deux anciennes tours. De l\u00e0, nous arrivons \u00e0 l\u2019<\/span><b>\u00e9comus\u00e9e de Bicorp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>le centre d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation du patrimoine arch\u00e9ologique, ethnologique et pal\u00e9ontologique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui se concentre sur l\u2019art rupestre des diff\u00e9rents sites de la r\u00e9gion, patrimoine mondial de l\u2019UNESCO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En nous promenant dans le centre historique depuis la rue San Antonio, nous d\u00e9couvrons des rues \u00e9troites comme Rosales, Larga, Cazuma, Iglesia&#8230; qui conservent le <\/span><b>charme de l\u2019urbanisme morisque et de l\u2019architecture simple et m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, bien conserv\u00e9e et riche en nuances d\u00e9coratives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. On trouve partout des grilles avec des pots de fleurs, des portes artistiques en bois sculpt\u00e9 ou des peintures murales avec des motifs religieux. Certaines de ces maisons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9es en g\u00eetes ruraux. L\u2019itin\u00e9raire nous m\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019<\/span><b>\u00e9glise de San Juan Evangelista<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (XVIIIe si\u00e8cle), une \u0153uvre de style baroque aust\u00e8re, partiellement reconstruite en 1960, au clocher et \u00e0 la vo\u00fbte en berceau. La chapelle de communion avec sa coupole sur pendentifs est un d\u00e9lice d\u00e9coratif de style baroque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En dessous de l\u2019\u00e9glise se trouvent les <\/span><b>rues et les pentes du quartier en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0arrabal\u00a0\u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui descendent jusqu\u2019au lit de la rivi\u00e8re. On y trouve le pont et la fontaine de La Rambla, ainsi que le <\/span><b>lavoir de la Chirrichana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adjacent. De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du quartier (Raval), sur la route qui monte vers le complexe sportif, nous pouvons appr\u00e9cier la belle vue sur le m\u00e9andre et le centre de Bicorp, avec les vergers de la Rambla au pied et au premier plan. Il existe \u00e9galement d\u2019autres <\/span><b>belv\u00e9d\u00e8res dans le village<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, comme La Pi\u00f1eta et Olmiquio, avec des vues sur le ravin Barranco Moreno mentionn\u00e9 plus haut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>gastronomie traditionnelle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est riche : il faut go\u00fbter les gazpachos (soupes froides) et les petits g\u00e2teaux typiques fabriqu\u00e9es dans ses fours et ses boulangeries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><b>f\u00eates de la Santa Cruz<\/b> <b>et de San Juan Evangelista<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (mai), avec distribution de petits pains b\u00e9nis et procession, et les <\/span><b>f\u00eates patronales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ao\u00fbt) avec un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de <\/span><b>Maures et de Chr\u00e9tiens<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (toutes deux d\u00e9clar\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat touristique).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019environnement naturel de Bicorp est exceptionnel et peut \u00eatre explor\u00e9 le long d\u2019un <\/span><b>large r\u00e9seau de sentiers,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u2019imposantes collines avec des for\u00eats de pins denses et des bassins d\u2019eau cristalline o\u00f9 vous pouvez vous rafra\u00eechir&#8230; La zone de loisirs de <\/span><b>Benefetal et R\u00edo Fraile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le <\/span><b>Barranco Moreno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avec son parcours d\u2019art rupestre ; la source de la <\/span><b>rivi\u00e8re Cazuma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou la <\/span><b>Gola de Lucino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une merveille g\u00e9ologique sculpt\u00e9e par l\u2019eau ; le <\/span><b>Fort de Las Pedriza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s, qui en 1609 a h\u00e9berg\u00e9 les soldats qui ont r\u00e9prim\u00e9 la r\u00e9volte morisque. Mais le tr\u00e9sor patrimonial de Bicorp est sans aucun doute les <\/span><b>Cuevas de la Ara\u00f1a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (grottes de l\u2019araign\u00e9e), avec ses sc\u00e8nes
