Etwa f\u00fcnf Kilometer vom Ortskern entfernt entspringt die Abrullador-Quelle. Dort gr\u00e4bt sich eine Art Schacht (alcabor) 180 Meter tief in den Berg hinein. Eine kleine Wehrmauer h\u00e4lt das Wasser zur\u00fcck und leitet es zum Hauptkanal. Auf einer L\u00e4nge von insgesamt drei Kilometern verteilt diese Konstruktion aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert das Wasser auf die 117 Hektar der Pflanzungen und G\u00e4rten von Chella. Die Stadtverwaltung und die landwirtschaftliche Nutzergemeinschaft Partida las Vi\u00f1as teilen sich den Wasserstrom nach folgender Formel: 88,43 Liter pro Sekunde f\u00fcr die Nutzergemeinschaft und 9 l\/s f\u00fcr die Ortschaft. Im Herbst und Winter str\u00f6men gro\u00dfe Wassermengen durch die Schlucht, den Barranco del Abrullador, und speisen einen in den 90er Jahren angelegten Vorratsbeh\u00e4lter, der eine effiziente Wassernutzung im Sommer gew\u00e4hrleistet. \u00dcbersch\u00fcssiges Wasser flie\u00dft zum Sellent und letztendlich in den J\u00facar.<\/p>\n

Wir laden Sie ein, den Freizeitbereich am Abrullador kennenzulernen und zu genie\u00dfen. Hier finden Sie alle n\u00f6tigen Serviceleistungen. Au\u00dferdem ist die Zone von einem mediterranen Wald umgeben, der sich mit Trockenkulturen abwechselt. Diese Kulturen sind mithilfe von Trockenmauerwerk in Terrassen angelegt, was den Maurern von Chella eine gewisse Bekanntheit einbrachte. Hier finden sich au\u00dferdem die als cucos bezeichneten Trockenstein-Baracken.<\/p>\n
